Doyen

Your catalogue is automatically updated daily: products / alternatives / replacements / prices / surcharges / discounts. Online information and processing via web services: availability of parts; placing orders with delivery information. For receiving customer orders and providing stock and price information, the link with Salto (Doyen Auto) can be used. Thanks to the cooperation between MMS Solutions and Doyen Auto, YGlobal SCM is the first ERP software that allows the car parts dealer to use the best of what these software solutions have to offer in an integrated way! For certain services a password is required, obtained from Doyen.

Van Heck

Your catalogue is automatically updated daily: products; prices; surcharges. Online information and processing via web services: availability and alternatives; placing orders with delivery information. For receiving customer orders, the link with Mijngrossier (Van Heck interpieces) can be used. For certain services a password is required, obtained from Van Heck.

TecCom

YGlobal SCM communicates with TecCom via web services. This allows online stock and price lookups in the YGlobal ERP and ordering with suppliers. For the TecCom connection it is important to note that a contract must be concluded with TecCom and a password obtained for the desired suppliers.

DVSE

The connection with DVSE allows customer orders to be integrated automatically. Online information is also provided regarding stock and price. This connection is available to anyone who has concluded a contract with DVSE.

Motorparts

This connection with the YGlobal ERP software via web service allows you to import the catalogue and prices, check availability and prices online and place orders online.

More than 200 import templates

Updates to your catalogue can be automated via an import function (Excel). This keeps your prices, discounts, product, alternatives and surcharge information always up to date. Product information, prices, discounts and lead surcharge for Bosch batteries can also be kept in order in a similar way in your own YGlobal ERP environment. The imports can happen automatically via a mailbox, saving even more manual work.

Within the YGlobal SCM ERP software, the management of products and parts is done at brand level. This makes it possible to work efficiently with articles that have the same references but are from a different brand. The extensive functionalities of YGlobal allow different suppliers to be linked to articles, even when brand and reference are identical. You can choose which supplier becomes the main supplier, taking the sales price calculation into account. Because YGlobal is a fully web-based ERP system, it has a standard web service. The big advantage of this is the possibilities for exchanging information with other systems. This communication is efficient to realise, which is an enormous added value for our customers in terms of cost price. MMS Solutions is, with YGlobal, the first ERP developer to have realised the connection and integration with the Doyen Auto catalogue Salto.
