Storage

By owner, origin: producer/plot/purchase, location within company, location within ULO (ULO plan), and this for every pallet box or pallet.

Traceability

From the receipt of the goods (pallet boxes and pallets), the traceability data is registered (producer, plot, harvest date, etc.); this traceability data is automatically passed on from bulk product to finished product.

Sorting and packing

Just as sorting has physically become an automated process, SCM-FAV ensures that administrative registration is just as simple. During dumping, the pallet boxes are scanned, thus updating stocks and passing the traceability data on to the sorting process. Each time a pallet is full, the label is scanned and the stocks are automatically updated. Sorting changes and inventory are handled smoothly via scanning. Sorting results are permanently updated, giving an exact picture of the result regarding quality (reject, AE++,….) and size. Sorting orders can be quickly stopped and resumed. Multiple sorting and repacking lines can be started simultaneously. And all this via wireless scanners that allow you to perform all functions wherever you need them. Purchases

Purchases via suppliers, growers, and auctions. Placing orders and planning receipt. The clear overview of requirements over time indicates exactly what needs to be purchased. Receipt of goods is done via touchscreen or wireless scanner. Quality control also takes place here. All purchases are always trackable in their various stages. Any purchase orders can be created. All costs and prices can be completed so that an exact cost price can be determined for the batch and for sales. Calculation of GMO for grower associations.

Sales

Registration of orders with delivery dates and possible direct link to specific batches (or pallets). During shipment, the pallets are scanned and linked to the sale, including their traceability information. Deliveries can also be created directly via the scanner without prior creation of an order and completed later. Delivery note, CMR, control certificate, and Phyto can be generated. Sales prices can be inclusive or exclusive of certain packaging costs. Invoicing can be done per shipment or regrouped. For goods of which you are not the owner, purchase orders can be generated automatically.
